I'm trained in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Insitute. I have been on my own personal CranioSacral journey which has brought me to where I am today. This, coupled with my qualifications and years of experience, allows me to help my clients to alleviate their problems.

My career options with a Physiology degree aged 22 seemed a bit limited and so I took a job in the pharmaceutical industry. After 10 years of working in a system and environment that knew almost only one way to make things better... pharmaceuticals! I decided that world wasn’t working for me anymore, I was looking for something else!

I went in search of areas of health care which empowered people to take responsibility for their own health, I found the world of natural health care! I had finally found my passion and I had finally found my tribe!

I tried lots of different alternative therapies out for myself, as I was suffering adrenal burn out for having spent 10 years living out of alignment with my own nature and my values. I started a supplements business with a friend and did lots of training in nutrition and juicing.

I found CranioSacral Therapy, ten days after the birth of my first child. I was struggling to breastfeed him. He had had a tongue-tie which we had divided and I was having coaching from an independent lactation consultant which was helping but things were still hard. I contacted a local CranioSacral therapist who kindly visited us at home, the CST therapy session brought everything together and we were confidently off our wonderful breastfeeding journey!

Since then I’ve had 2 more children all born naturally at home! My daughter had CranioSacral therapy when she was just 12 hours old! I receive regular CranioSacral Therapy for myself, take my family for appointments and have recommended countless numbers of friends and family to CranioSacral therapists to help with whatever life throws at them!
